RAVENTOWER Capital (“RTC”, "RavCap" or the “Company”) is a closed-end fund investment holding company whose principal business is to acquire and hold significant (but generally non-controlling) interests in a concentrated number of large capitalization companies. RTC's objective is to maximize the long-term average annual growth rate of the intrinsic value per share.

The majority of the Company's portfolio is typically spread across 8 to 12 core holdings, which generally consist of liquid, publicly traded companies with large market capitalizations. The Investment Manager generally focuses on high quality companies that it believes have limited downside risk and generate predictable, regular cash flow. In certain cases, it seeks to bring about changes in management, operations and governance in order to create substantial, sustainable and long-term value for shareholders. The Investment Manager manages risk through careful investment selection and portfolio construction and typically makes only one to three new core investments per year. The Investment Manager may also pursue hedging strategies to minimize market-related downside risks or take advantage of asymmetric profit opportunities.
